receiving error messages, before you contact us here are some things
to try:1. Use the RELOAD or REFRESH buttons on your browser to load
up the most current version of our website.2. Your computer has
"cached" our website.
Here is how to delete your "temporary internet files"
Internet Explorer 4.0
1. From the View menu, choose Internet Options.
2. Select the General tab.
3. Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section.
Internet Explorer 5.0 and 5.5
1. From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
2. Select the General tab.
3. Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section.
Netscape 4.0, 4.5x, 4.6x, and 4.7x
1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
2. Click the + sign next to the Advanced. More choices appear.
3. Click Cache below Advanced. The Cache settings appear.
4. Push the Clear Memory Cache button.
5. When the message appears, click OK.
6. Push the Clear Disk Cache button.
7. When the message appears, click OK. After you've followed the
above directions, close your browser window, open up a new one,
and try logging in again.3. Your browser does not accept "cookies".
Here's how to enable "cookies":For Internet Explorer Version

1. Click the View button on the top menu bar of your browser.
2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Advanced button.
4. In the pop-up window, scroll down to the Cookies section, and

For Internet Explorer Version 5
1. Select the Tools item from the top menu bar of your browser.
2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options Window
that appears.
4. Click the "Custom Level" Button.
5. In the pop-up window, scroll down to the Cookies section, and
select Enable under the "Allow per-session cookies" option.
6. Click OK to save these changes.
7. When the alert popup appears verifing that you want to save these
changes, click Yes to continue.
For Netscape
1. Select the Edit Item on the top menu bar of your browser.
2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Advanced button.
4. In the pop-up window, scroll down to the Cookies section, and
select "Always Accept Cookies".
4. Your browser does not have JAVA/Java Script enabled. Here's how
to check:Netscape 4.5x, 4.6x, and 4.7x
1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. Click Advanced so that it is highlighted.
3. To enable Java, select the Enable Java check box.
4. To enable JavaScript, select the Enable JavaScript check box.
5. Select Enable JavaScript for Mail and News.
To enable auto-install for plug-ins like the PlaceWare Slide Uploader,
select SmartUpdate and check the Enable SmartUpdate box if you want.
Internet Explorer 4

3. Select the zone (such as Local Intranet) shown in the bottom
right of your main browser window.
4. Click the Custom button.
5. Click Settings.
6. For Java, select High Safety (or Medium or Low) in the Java -
Java permissions settings.
7. For JavaScript, select Enable in the Scripting - Active Scripting
settings.
Internet Explorer 5 and 5.5
1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
